Independence Day of Republik Indonesian Overseas

Indonesia’s Independence day usually identic with several funny games and competicions. There are like sack jump, tug of war, climbing a greased areca, football, etc. Those competions often we see in celebration of Indonesia Independence day. How is celebration of Indonesia Independenc day in overseas??
Altought the distance seperates them from Indonesia, but never decrease their spirit to celebrate it. information that I receive from Australia. Many of Indonesia people that live in Australia Celebrate Indonesia’s  Independenc Day. They ofter “Indonesia Night” that present various Indonesia dance and traditional song. Everyone enjoy at the celebration.
Indonesia embassy in Singapore celebrate Indonesia Independence too. Abuot 20.000 Indonesian people in Singapore celebrate it. they are happy to participate in the celebrate. They release their long for Indonesian food and enjoy dangdut music or pop music.
After Singapore and Australia, celebration of Indonesian Independence day to be celebrate by Indonesian people in Jeddah (consulate general of Republic Indonesia). They celebrate it with social action. Jeddah’s KJRI cooperate with king Azis Hospital and king Fahd Hospital. They celebrate it by doing humanity action like blood donor, for two days. Every staff of KJRI and Indonesian people in Jeddah join this action. Registered, 98 people participate in this humanity action.
